

POS (Point of Sale)
If you have the need to have a single POS terminal diagnosed, or overhaul the ENTIRE system, by removing all counter equipment (screens, scanners, card swipes, cash drawers), as well as providing a new site server (possibly due to End-of-Life, or outright emergency failure, or theft) we can assist in the installation, and "Smart-Hands" remote access configuration of the unit.
Length of time on site will be determined by factors such as, quantity of units being deployed, unpacking new, and repackaging of old equipment, new cabling routes, are there routers and switches to be installed or configured, and the IT Department capablities of the clients support team.
Common practice is to have old equipment shipped back to them which costs money, only to ultimately spend more to have it shipped off to an eCycling Depot for destruction. If the decomissioned equipment does not need to be sent back for warranty, and is an End-of-Life item (still working), we can consider relieving them of this cost by aquiring the equipment for our growing lab used for further training and experience.
