  Has the current economy had an impact on your bottom line, requiring cutting back on FT staff? If you have an offsite IT support department, and need only a "Smart Hands" tech to go in and handle user reports of outages, or equipment needing a reset in restricted areas; a drug-free, police clearance, an experienced knowledgable tech (that knows the difference between a UPS/CPU/GPU/PSU/PDU, and LAN/WLAN/VLAN/AP/WAP and RAID0/1/5/6/10 or Router/Managed/Unmanaged Switch) can go onsite, work on the equipment without needing to be handheld, or unplug the FileServer by mistake.

 

  Are you planning to perform a Lifecycle replacement program of your staffs aging equipment, desktop, laptop, or mobile? Working with your remote IT department, an imaging process from either a local NAS, PXE boot, or external SSD, for either "Lite or Zero Touch". Followed by a USMT for user settings, and files transfer to new equipment. 

 

  Would you like us to be available for new staff, to familiarize them with the use of their new company issued equipment, or make 'work-from-home' service calls?

 

  A few options are currently open to you;

 

A. Book us for specified days of the week, between certain hours

B. Arrange an off hours network change equipment order

C. Create an SLA for emergency call outs.
