If you need HDD or fans changed out, local onsite tech (remote) access, to your Servers, Switches, UPS or disconnected backdoor modems, we can dispatch a drug-free, police clearance, field tech to the location and assist in correcting the problem, that can only be done onsite.
Either your company can either ship direct to site, or if unmanned, to us by courier, and we will transport it to site. Anything from changing out a seized fan, or transporting a full (45U) 80" four post rack (equipment and supplies need to be planned out prior, for one trip).
For remote unmanned sites not in urban areas(including oil fields with gas in the air), we use a non-diesel 4x4 with oversized winter tread tires. Also onboard is a strobe beacon, industrial backup alarm, first aid kits and vehicle recovery methods, partly to be safe, partly to comply with Oil Fields requirements.
