Needing a technician experienced in ISP (traditional landline/Wi-Max), modem, routers, switches, satellite dish alignment, or UHF/VHF radio programming (working w/ authorized dealer).

If you need someone to diagnose, or change specific equipment, without an accidental outage, working closely with your NOC, to perform a scheduled change out.

Wipe/Cleansing 

Through a US based partner, provide certificates, for all drives, or systems wiped/cleansed. Service provided onsite, so no data leaves your premises.

End User Equipment 

Your site operators are trained on the use of the equipment onsite. If you need someone to diagnose, swap out, or install devices, We can look at that for you.

Changing Service Providers Equipment

Are you changing or adding services to a site? Need a representative for the cut-over, or EUAT. We can work with your NOC and the carrier.

If you require the IMAC of new or additional network connected devices, or complete rewiring (wire management), or perhaps you need additional 'home-runs' back to the switch for WAPs, or PTP transmitters, or just a new employee? Ask us.

Wi-Fi Coverage 

If you have reports of bad coverage, in the office or on the yard, through a US based partner we can heat map projected (before site build), or actual site coverage. More accurate results when you can provide a scaled blueprint, or floor plan.

Would you like to have scheduled site visits for existing support tickets from your inhouse ticketing system? We can go there and attempt to correct the issue, working with your support team.

If you are issuing out new leased equipment, and need users moved to new equipment; through our US based partner and software, we can image and migrate a few, or many users over.
